Q. When I contract you for your services how long is the process from start to finish.

A: This depends on the complexity of your plans, and the back log of the building department, and the number of corrections needed if any.

Q.  When you start the plan check process do you work directly with the design professional and or the contractor, and building department(s)

A: Yes I do

Q: Can you select contractors and or engineers if I do not know who to contact.

A: Yes, we have a data base contractors and engineers that I have worked with on prior projects.

Q.  Do you act as the project manager for the project?

A:  Yes, if contracted to be the project manager

Q.  Can I submit revisions after the permits are secured?

A. Yes you can. We however charge for these submittals

Q. Can you be contacted via phone or e-mail?

A:  Yes, you are as near as my phone or e-mail or fax 24/7

Q.  Can you take on assignments without prior notice?

A. We make all attempts to accommodate for last minute emergencies or projects.

Q. Can you submit plan to the building department(s?)

A: Depends on the building department policy. Most building departments accept the plan from contractors and consultants, but permit must be secured by the licensed contractor.
